Below are user roles describing their purpose in the app:
1. Neostar Admin- administers the technical and user parameters of the platform
2. Regular user- unable to offer service
3. The contract user- allows a legal person registered for the service activity to perform the service on the platform. The contracting user has 3 levels:
-Administrator- updates contract user parameters for service purposes
-Location Manager - view agreed service data
-Service Advisor -processes quotes, pre-orders, production orders, creates custom service packages.
