All vehicles on the Neostar platform (excluding vehicles with factory-warranty) are covered by the Neostar Warranty. In order for the Neostar warranty to be activated, there must be proof of the last service made in accordance with the prescribed service interval by the vehicle manufacturer.
If you do not have proof of performed service or last regular maintenance hasn't been performed on the vehicle according to the manufacturer's recommendation., you do not have to worry because Neostar jumps in with its voucher for regular maintenance in the amount of HRK 500.
You must use your Regular maintenance voucher within 30 days of delivery of the vehicle in order to activate the Neostar warranty for your new vehicle.
You can use the voucher with any Neostar service partner, and we participate in service costs in the amount of HRK 500.
How to place an order for car service and use a NEOSTAR voucher?
1. After you access the platform, you register and select the Service option, the system home page opens. In the drop-down menu on the general vehicle data entry page, select the age, make, fuel, and vehicle model.
2. After selecting the required parameters, the system will further lead you to the selection of engine power and type.
3. In the next menu you receive an offer of service packs for your vehicle. Select the Regular Maintenance package.
4. After selecting the Regular Maintenance package, select the Engine oil change. After selecting the package, the selection of the service workshop follows.
5. By clicking on the Select workshop, the menu opens to enter your address and select the service within the chosen mileage.
6. Once you have entered the address, the system automatically offers you all services within the selected mileage.
7. After selecting the desired service, you still have to choose the term that suits you. After entering the required vehicle information and the desired date and time and choosing a payment method, the ordering process ends.
10. After you have arrived at the agreed date and at the desired location, you must enclose a Neostar voucher with the keys of your vehicle to the service technician!
After the service had been completed, Neostar will cover the amount of the service bill by HRK 500, and you only pay the difference, if there is any.
Your Neostar warranty is activated and you can enjoy your new vehicle without worries!
